Use of the Service ("Use", "Usage" or "Booking") is materialized by a User's payment for the Service made through the Portals. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using the Service.

In the event of a breach of any of the User’s obligations under these Terms of Use, the User acknowledges and agrees that damages will not be an adequate remedy. The User therefore agrees that WizWash shall be entitled (without limitation of any other rights or remedies otherwise available to WizWash and without the necessity of posting a bond) to obtain an injunction from any court of competent jurisdiction prohibiting the continuance or recurrence of any breach of these Terms of Use. The User further agrees that service upon the User in any such action or proceeding may be made by first class mail, certified or registered, to the User’s address as last appearing on the records of WizWash.
Price, description, menu content, product/service availability and any other services information are subject to change without notice. WizWash assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the Portals.
